inlet and outlet use the argon welding technology against 0.8mpa pressure. the heat pipe conducts the hest energy in the single direction and has some advantages in the quik opertion, highly heating efficiency and anti-corrosion. it has some advantages of no water in tube, no filth,no broken tubes, anti-freezing,unlimited time of the inputting water and pressure operation.for insulation,it adopts the polyurethane which has the even hole and good insulation efficiency. the frame adopts imported SUS301 stainless steel, the thickness is 1.2mm, which is strong and against the corrosion. the tail stock has a novel design and is quite easy to install.

Working principle:

1.       when the discrepant temperature of the solar collector and water tank reaches the set value, the controller shall start the circulation pump automatically

2.       the circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically

3.       the heat-conducting liquid transfer heat to water by heat exchanger in the water tank

4.       in case the temperature of the water tank does not reach Tmax, then start the auxiliary heating device

5.       if discrepant temperature of the collector and the water tank does not reach the set value, the circulation pump shall be shut automatically.
